* Cambridge History Series, Cambridge Companion Series, Handbooks and Textbooks are also not covered.
* As a rule, purchase requests for eligible titles during this period will be cancelled.

When you graduate or retire in August or September, 2024, please check the following matters.

I. Please be sure to return the materials before you will Graduate or Retire.

II. If you renew your contract, extend your term, are employed on campus, please consult Circulation Counter (Weekdays 9:00-17:00) or send an E-mail or Inquiry Form.
If you need to continue borrowing materials, please contact the Counter too. In some cases, you may need to return materials. Please note in advance.

III. If you Lost materials, please contact the Counter as soon as possible.

About Renewal

  • Users can renew materials already borrowed into the long-term loan period, unless the materials are overdue or have been reserved by another user.
  • Using MyLibrary, users can view their checked-out or reserved items and renew their loans.
  • When using MyLibrary, users can renew into the long-term loan period from 9 a.m. on July 19.

20,000 academic ebooks from Oxford Scholarship Online are now available. Oxford Scholarship Online provides academic ebooks from Oxford University Press, spanning 27 subject areas. New titles will come up every month.

Oxford Scholarship Online does not cover handbooks, dictionaries and encyclopedias.
Titles on Oxford Scholarship Online Archive are not included.

The library will cancel ebooks when you send a purchasing request for the title within this package during this period. After the period, titles to be purchased are determined, based on the usage, etc.

Editor’s perspective: Preparing Manuscript for Top Journals

Prof. Israr Qureshi, the associate editor at top management journals such as Business & Society, Information Systems Journal, and MIS Quarterly (not handling new submissions), will talk about the basics of article writing and submission preparation from an editor’s perspective. There is an interactive session in which participants will receive advice and opinions on papers they are actually preparing.

・There will be a case study (open advice) session within this seminar. If you would like to receive open advice from prof. Qureshi on a paper you are preparing or a research you are considering publishing as a journal article, please let us know in the registration form!
