2. Return
Though you can return materials, because the library system cannot process the return, the materials will remain “on loan" until around 9:00 AM on Sep. 29.
※If the loan period of the materials is Sep. 28, we will extend to Sep. 29.

3. Extension of Return Dates
You cannot extend the return dates.
※If the loan period of the books is Sep. 28, we will extend to Sep. 29. Please renew them after MyLibrary resume (It is scheduled to resume around 22:30 on Sep. 28).

4. PCs in the Library
The following PCs in the library will be unavailable;
・PCs for HERMES-Catalog (Online Library Catalog)
・Terminals for non-university users
・HERMES-IR restricted-access collections terminal
※Due to the replacement work of the terminals, some noise and coming and going of workers.

5. MyLibrary
MyLibrary will be unavailable from 00:00 on Sep. 28 to 08:00 on Sep. 29. The actual downtime may vary depending on the progress of maintenance work.
※Some online services will be suspended from Sep. 16. Please refer to the page “9/16 (Tue.) – Temporarily suspension of library online service“.

I. Please be sure to return the materials before you will Graduate or Retire.
Books can also be returned by Mail.
Though you can check the borrow materials by MyLibrary, after your graduation, completion, or retirement date, you will no longer be able to use all library services, including MyLibrary.

II. If you Lost / Damage materials, please contact the Counter as soon as possible.
If you lost or damage materials on loan, please submit a Lost/Damaged Report and reimbursement materials (same edition books).

III. If you renew your contract, extend your term, are employed on campus, please consult the Circulation Counter.
Changes to your library card, changes to usage conditions, and methods for continuing to borrow materials will vary depending on the user. Please consult the Circulation Counter (Weekdays 9:00-17:00) or Inquiry Form in good time.
