*As of 16:00, October 14, 2021, we have confirmed that the access problem of the database has been resolved. You can use it from within the university.

As of 15:45, October 1, 2021, there is a problem with the access to the database CNKI.

We have asked the provider to work on the recovery, but it is expected to take some time.
As a countermeasure during the work, we have received a temporary account from the agency for our university, which can be used for a limited period of time from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, 2021. Please refer to the “図書館からのお知らせ" (Japanese only) after logging in to MyLibrary for the account and access method.
*The expiration date of the temporary account has been extended to 2021/10/15 [updated on 2021/10/11].

In addition, the phenomenon that the CNKI top page cannot be accessed from the campus continues. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Until now, we have not sent out regular reminders to faculty and staff for overdue materials that have no reservation.
Since there is a problem of not being aware that the materials are overdue for a long period of time, we will start regular reminders to faculty and staff as follows.

  • If you have overdue materials, we will send a reminder e-mail every Monday at 12:00, regardless of whether or not they have reservation from others.
  • If you have overdue materials with reservation from others, we will send reminder e-mail daily as before.

Start date: October 4, 2021

Please inquire at the library counter for the procedure to extend the return date.
(Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or contact us by e-mail)

In addition, we have set the reminder email sent three days before the due date to “Receive" for all faculty and staff members. If you would like to change your e-mail address or do not need to receive reminder e-mails, please change your settings via MyLibrary.

If you are unable to use MyLibrary and would like to change your settings, please contact the library counter.

Thank you for your cooperation.
