You can still use HERMES-Search, HERMES-Catalog, MyLibrary, and HERMES-IR. You can still use databases also via the Databases List and e-journals via the title list or HERMES-Search. Some electronic resources are available from off-campus. When you access an e-resource from off-campus via the library’s respective search system, the Hitotsubashi Authentication ID Single Sign-On login screen will appear. Enter your Hitotsubashi Authentication ID and password to log in. We thank you for your understanding.

  • This does not include bound periodicals, and “not for loan” items.
  • When the expiration date of the student ID card is earlier than the due date, the expiration date will be regarded as the due date.
  • The loan period of the Chiyoda Campus Library materials will also be extended on the same schedule.

About Renewal

  • Users can renew materials already borrowed into the long-term loan period, unless the materials are overdue or have been reserved by another user.
  • Using MyLibrary, users can view their checked-out or reserved items and renew their loans.
  • When using MyLibrary, users can renew into the long-term loan period from 9 a.m. on December 12.

[Both the main Library and the Chiyoda Campus Library] Due to the system outage of Interlibrary Loan service,

  • We will stop accepting requests for interlibrary loan from January 17(Tue.) to 31(Tue.), 2023 (tentative).
  • The deadline for publicly funded services (FY2022) for in-kind loan fees for graduate students will be changed to January 16 (Mon.), 2023.

We will inform you again when the detailed date and time of the suspension period are determined.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask that you please apply well in advance.

Except for the suspension period, you can apply for interlibrary loans from other institutions through MyLibrary. For details on how to apply, please click here.
