For borrowed/reserved materials due on May 27, the due date will be extended to May 28, 2021.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your cooperation.

As the University has raised its activity guideline level to “Level 3", the Group Study Rooms and the Clock Tower Commons will be temporarily closed from 12 April.

We will maintain the current opening hours and number of seats for the time being, but we may change our services in the future depending on the situation. If there are any changes, we will announce them on the website.

In order to prevent the spread of infection, please observe the following precautions when visiting the library.

  • Please refrain from entering the library if you are unwell, such as fever (37.5℃ or higher), cough, or feeling lethargic.
  • You must wear a mask. If you do not wear it, you will not be allowed to enter.
  • Please wash your hands or disinfect your fingers.
  • There are disinfectants for the desk on each floor. Please disinfect by yourself when using the reading seat.

For New Year holidays, the Library will be closed from December 26th (Sat) to January 3th (Sun), 2021.

  • The Library will be open from 9:30 am on January 4th (Mon).
  • When the Library is closed, please use the book return drop.
    Please do not use the book return drop about Interlibrary Loan materials.
    Please return Interlibrary Loan materials to the Help desk (Weekdays on or after January 4th, 9:30-17:00).

The Library will be closed on August 12, 13, 14 during the university closure days.
It will take longer than usual to obtain external library materials ordered by inter-library loans and to answer queries directed to the Help Desk.
