Public Subsidy Service for Graduate Students’ Interlibrary Loan in 2025 is available

In the 2025 academic year, we will continue to offer a Public Subsidy Service for Graduate Students’ Interlibrary Loan ( for borrowing books from other universities). Please take advantage of this opportunity.

• For loans only.
• During the academic year (since April 1): up to 5 books per person free.
• The service will end on January 31.
• When our budget will reach the maximum limit, the service will end before January 31.
• Not available for loans from National Diet Library or Overseas Libraries.
