Special long-term loan application form of 3rd stack area materials

During the renovation of 3rd stack area, we will provide special loans for suspended materials.
If there are materials that you would like to use within the area, please apply using the following method.

■Application period
March 16th, 2026～April 24th, 2026

■Users who can apply
Undergraduates, Graduates, Faculty of the Hitotsubashi University

■Application method
Please apply via “Special long-term loan application form of 3rd stack area materials“. You can find the relevant materials on this page “Suspension of use of materials due to renovation work on the 3rd stack area“.

(1) (1) Materials available for loan
・We will provide special long-term loans. Depending on the user’s request, we will loan materials beyond the checkout Limits.
・Return Due Date: May 31st, 2027
※However, if the user expiration date comes earlier than the due date, please return the materials until the user expiration date.

(2) Materials that cannot be borrowed (In library use only)
・They will be kept in a separate location so they can be used during the renovation.
