Supporters’ Association Projects
Project for maintenance and restoration of non-book materials (Hitotsubashi University Library Supporters’ Association Project)
Hitotsubashi University Library is conducting a project to organize and restore non-book materials as one of the projects supported by Hitotsubashi University Supporters’ Association.
We will take measures for the long-term preservation of non-book materials related to Hitotsubashi University, such as textbooks and manuscripts of lectures by Hitotsubashi University researchers and materials on extracurricular activities, which are held in the library and the school history archive, as valuable assets of Hitotsubashi University.
The digitized materials will be made available to alumni and society through the university’s institutional repository, HERMES-IR. By doing so, we will maintain and develop Hitotsubashi University’s position as the most traditional social science university in Japan, and develop the infrastructure to establish the capability to become a first-class university in the world.

- Cleaning and digitization of lecture notes of materials related to Kinnosuke Otsuka
- Publication of faculty-related catalogs
