16,000 academic ebooks included in Oxford Scholarship Online are now available. Oxford Scholarship Online provides academic ebooks from Oxford University Press, spanning 20 subject areas. New titles will come up every month.
* Oxford Scholarship Online does not cover handbooks, dictionaries and encyclopedias.
* The library will choose ebooks when you send a purchasing request for the title within this package during this period as long as the contracted amount does not exceed. After the period, titles to be purchased are determined based on the usage reports indicating which titles are the most popular within the university during the period under an EBA model.

Entrance of the library is at the Clock Tower on the West Campus. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the main entrance is closed. You can use the south entrance. *Click here for details.

HERMES-IR, Hitotsubashi Educational and Research MEdia Service-Institutional Repository, is an archive which collects, preserves and disseminates digital copies of research outputs of the University. *Click here for details.
The entrance/exit gate of the library will change on March 24, 2021. You have to touch the IC card or hold the barcode card over not only when entering the library but also when leaving. As a result, it will be possible to know the length of stay of visitors. We expect that we will be able to quickly identify the person who was present at the time of the outbreak of infectious disease or large disasters.
It may be inconvenient, but we appreciate your cooperation.
You have to return all library materials if you will graduate or retire in March 2021. Please check your lending status on MyLibrary.
All library services include MyLibrary will expire on March 31, 2021. The expire date is different from some services of Information Systems Management Headquarters, for example Gmail.
You may return them to the book return drop outside of the entrance or also mail them back.
Send them by traceable service. (ex: “Yu-Pack”, “Letter Pack” of Japan Post co., ltd.)
Wrap the books in a plastic bag to prevent rain and water.
Pay postage by yourself.

For faculty and staff who will continue to be enrolled, please contact the counter. (Weekdays 9:30 – 17:00)
For students who will continue to be enrolled with the same student ID(extension of enrollment period), we will extend the expiration date for the library using by March 25th. We will not extend the loan period, please renew with MyLibrary by yourself.
For students who go on to a master’s or doctoral program at Hitotsubashi University or who will be employed on campus cannot take over the books on loan. Please return them once by March 31, 2021.
Due to the lighting work of the Periodicals Annex, noise may occur from 1/28 to 2/12. Some areas will not be available on the following schedule.
